Are you interested in adding SBIRT into your practice?

This one-hour and fifteen-minute training focuses on the fundamentals of implementing SBIRT in your setting. Meant for a variety of audiences and service providers, the training will cover what is already known from the field regarding barriers and facilitators to SBIRT implementation, and what needs to be considered prior to planning an implementation effort. With the practical in mind for those planning the implementation process, the training will review an implementation assessment tool and its key components to help foster discussion in this interactive training.

Learning Objectives:

1) Understand established barriers and facilitators to implementing SBIRT.

2) Present tools to help inform the planning and coordination steps of implementation.

3) Allow ample time for discussion.
